The private event will take place on May 31st in Los Angeles and will feature performances from The Who, Eddie Vedder and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. Howie Mandel will host the live auction with special guests Paul Stanley and David Spade. Lucky attendees will get to enjoy a full bar, festive food stations and a silent auction, featuring a variety of items including rock & roll memorabilia, concert tickets, hotel packages and more.

Back in 2006, the classic rock legends began hosting private events to benefit UCLA’s Autism Treatment Program. To date the band has helped raise over six million dollars, which goes directly to the program and the treatment of teens and young adults battling cancer.

The Who are currently out on The Who Hits 50! tour, which rolls into Toronto tonight (April 27). The North American leg of the outing wraps at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on May 29, two days before the “Who Cares About The Next Generation” event in Los Angeles.
